At La Canonica we believe that something magical happens around the table. The restaurant has been designed to satisfy the most demanding clientele: it’s a place full of elegant details that can be admired, like the kitchen at sight where the customers are able to admire the art of the dishes preparation; an unique link between cook and audience. The kitchen is traditional and contemporary at the same time; it is a sensory journey made of unprecedented combinations that surprise. To remember: scallops, spaghettoni cacio, Sichuan pepper and red shrimp tartare with lime, tiramisu with truffle and a fine and very interesting wine list.
